Booking your vacation rental too late can come with a number of problems. The most obvious is that someone else winds up close to the beach instead of you. But that’s not the only thing that can go wrong. If you book too late, you might not get a place to stay at all. Somewhere in between is where most late bookers wind up. It comes down to not really getting what you want.
We recommend booking at least six months ahead. People who wind up with beachfront rentals often book as early as a year ahead of time. That means planning ahead and knowing when you are going to go on vacation.

November: Discover the Island, Egmont Key near St Pete Beach
November: Chowder Challenge, St Petersburg
December: Holiday Lighted boat parades, held in almost every city on the Florida West Coast
Other events might be on your mind that did not appear I the list above. If so, mark the dates and make your plans ahead of time. If you want the that beachfront rental to go with your favorite events, book well ahead of time. Hope to see you here!
