Looking for a reason to spend an October weekend at the beach? Put Frenchy’s Stone Crab Weekend on your calendar for October 23–24, 2026. Make the celebration part of a getaway that leaves room for good food, live music and some time to unwind.

Whether you’re planning a trip with friends, a couple’s weekend or a few extra vacation days, you don’t need to fill every hour. Choose the activities you’re most excited about, then give yourself time to enjoy the beach at your own pace.

What to know before you go

The Clearwater Beach block party takes place outside Frenchy’s Original Café at 41 Baymont Street on Friday and Saturday, October 23–24, from noon to 10 PM Eastern both days.

Admission is free. Food, drinks and merchandise are sold separately, and stone crab availability may vary.

Live music is scheduled throughout both days. Check Frenchy’s official event page for the full lineup and latest details before heading out.

Make it a beach weekend

Start by deciding which day you’d like to attend and whether there’s a particular performance you want to catch. That gives you a simple starting point without turning your vacation into a packed itinerary.

You might plan a beach walk before the festivities or save another day for exploring at a slower pace. Leave time between activities, check the weather before leaving your rental and arrange transportation and parking in advance.

If you’re traveling with others, share the event details before you arrive so everyone can choose what sounds fun. A little planning now can make the weekend feel more relaxed later.
